Small moves within Hannover start at about €390, typical 2–3-room moves range from €590 to €1,600, houses and long-distance moves above that. We name the binding fixed price after the free survey. Our calculator on the home page gives a first estimate.

Yes, on site or by video call. It takes 20–30 minutes and commits you to nothing.

No. The fixed price includes all agreed services. Only if something comes up on moving day that was not discussed (e.g. the full cellar nobody mentioned) do we agree on it beforehand – not afterwards.

After the survey usually within 24 hours; for small moves often the same day via WhatsApp.

We offer moves with our own team and van; pure helper or van rental we do not. Small single transports (e.g. a sofa, a washing machine) we gladly do at a flat rate.

Yes. We are legally liable under § 451e HGB with €620 per cubic metre of goods. Additionally you can take out transport insurance at replacement value – sensible for high-value belongings. We raise it before every move.

The damage is recorded immediately on site in the handover report and photographed. We report it to our insurer and keep you informed about the settlement. Please check your goods within 14 days for damage not visible from the outside.

Only if the box is externally damaged – with an intact box we cannot tell how it was padded. So best let us pack fragile items.

1 room: 15–25, 2 rooms: 25–40, 3 rooms: 40–60, 4+ rooms: 60–100. Plan a few extra – unused rental boxes we take back.

You don't – we do. We only need address, date and time window, ideally 10 days ahead. Cost: from €120 per address including permit, set-up and removal.

Switch off at least 24 hours ahead, defrost, dry, leave doors open. After transport let it stand 2–4 hours before plugging it back in.

Insert the transport bolts (the screws on the back). If they are missing: tell us, we carry universal bolts.

Yes, in normal weather. They go into the van last and come out first. In frost or heat we recommend transport in your own car.

A 2-room flat within Hannover: half a day to a full day. 3–4 rooms: a full day. Houses and moves with packing service: one to two days. The exact plan is in the quote.

Up to 20 m³: 2 people; 20–35 m³: 3; over 35 m³: 4 or more. For high floors without a lift we plan more generously.

At the start and end yes – for the briefing and the handover report. In between you can do the key handover or the coffee.

Not required. Satisfied customers usually give €5–10 per helper; drinks and snacks are just as welcome.

Rain is everyday – furniture is protected with blankets and film, floors covered with fleece. Only in storms or black ice do we talk together about postponing.

After the move by bank transfer on invoice or on site by card. For larger orders we agree a deposit on order confirmation. Cash is possible but not advisable for tax deductibility.

For a job-related move as income-related expenses. For a private move as household-related services: 20 % of labour costs, up to €4,000 per year (§ 35a EStG). Requirement: invoice and cashless payment.

Free of charge up to 7 days ahead. After that we charge part of the order value depending on lead time – details are in the quote. We almost always find a new date.

We issue the cost estimate in the form the Jobcenter (for moving cost coverage) or Pflegekasse (§ 40 SGB XI) requires. The application stays with you; we help with queries.
