Clearance & house clearance
Before the move, after an inheritance or because the cellar has not been walkable since 2009: we clear, sort, dispose – and hand over broom-clean. With a fixed price and disposal certificate.
Decluttering is the cheapest way to make a move cheaper: every cubic metre that does not come along saves money. And sometimes it is about more – a house clearance after a death, a move into a care home, a flat that has to be returned.
We work with respect for what is there. Personal documents, photos and valuables we set aside, usable items we pass to social department stores, the rest we separate properly: bulky waste, electrical, wood, metal, hazardous. You receive a disposal certificate.
What is included
Free survey
We estimate volume, carrying distance and waste fractions – and name a fixed price.
Value offset
Usable furniture, appliances or collections we offset against the price.
Securing personal items
Documents, photos, jewellery, cash – set aside and handed over, not disposed of.
Proper disposal
Separated by fraction, via certified disposers in the Hannover region. With certificate.
Broom-clean handover
Swept, vacuumed, nails out – ready for the flat handover. Thorough final cleaning optional.
Discretion
Unmarked vans on request, no comments, no questions.

for a cellar or garage. Complete 2-room flat: typically €900–2,200 depending on quantity and floor – minus value offset.

Well-kept pieces go to social department stores or furniture exchanges in Hannover, high-quality pieces we offset against the price. Only what nobody can use anymore is destroyed.
Yes – hazardous materials, electrical appliances and tyres are collected separately and disposed of via licensed collection points. That is included in our price.
