Packing service & boxes
Packing takes longer than carrying. Our team does a 3-room flat in a morning – shatterproof, labelled, sorted by room. Or you rent only the boxes and pack yourself.
Most moving damage happens not in the van but in badly packed boxes: too heavy, too loose, too little padding. Our packing service uses specialist boxes – glass boxes with inserts, book boxes with double bottoms, wardrobe boxes with a rail – and packing paper instead of newspaper.
You decide the scope: the whole flat, just kitchen and fragile items, or only unpacking at the destination. We deliver boxes and material days ahead and collect the empty boxes after the move.
What is included
Packing service
Room by room, labelled by destination room and contents. Fragile items marked separately.
Unpacking service
Empty boxes, dishes into cupboards, books onto shelves, clothes into the wardrobe – we take the packaging away.
Specialist boxes
Glass, bottle, book and wardrobe boxes, picture protection, mattress covers.
Rent boxes
Sturdy double-walled moving boxes – delivered, collected after the move.
Packing material
Packing paper, bubble wrap, tape, stretch film, labels – also for sale.
Insurance advantage
Boxes packed by us are fully covered by liability – self-packed boxes only with externally visible damage.
How we proceed

Define scope
Everything, only fragile items or only unpacking – you choose.

Deliver material
Boxes and packing material arrive a few days before the move.

Packing
Usually the day before the move. A team of 2–3, by rooms and priorities.

Unpacking & collection
On moving day or the day after; we collect empty boxes.
Price
from €150 incl. 19 % VAT
for packing small flats; guide approx. €9 per m³ of goods. Box rental: from €60 per move (20 boxes incl. delivery and collection).
Frequently asked about Packing service & boxes
Rule of thumb: 1 room 15–25, 2 rooms 25–40, 3 rooms 40–60, 4+ rooms 60–100 boxes. Plan 5–10 extra – unused ones we take back.
Cash, jewellery, important documents, medication and everything you need immediately on the first evening. Best pack your own "first-night box" for that.
For boxes we pack, we are fully liable. For self-packed boxes we are only liable if the box is externally damaged – we cannot check how it was padded.
