Every hour your business stands still costs money. So we plan commercial moves backwards from the moment you need to be working again – and move in the evening or at the weekend if you wish.
Whether medical practice, retail, workshop or warehouse: a commercial move follows different rules than a home move. Inventory must arrive complete and traceable, sensitive equipment needs special packaging, and the schedule is not negotiable.
Together with you we create a phased plan with responsibilities and buffer times. A fixed project contact accompanies you from the survey to the acceptance at the new site.
What is included
Survey & schedule
Inventory list, labelling system, timeline and room allocation at the destination – agreed in writing.
Evening & weekend dates
We move when you are closed. Monday morning, business continues.
Professional packing
Equipment, files, stock and shelving are transported sorted, secured and labelled.
Disassembly & assembly
Shelving, counters, workstations and fixtures – taken down, transported, rebuilt at the new site.
Disposal & storage
What does not come along we dispose of properly or store dry and insured in between.
No-parking zones & permits
At both addresses, applied for and set up in time.

Survey of both sites
Access, lifts, goods lifts, floors – and a look at everything that does not fit in a box.

Quote with schedule
Fixed price plus a phased plan. You know beforehand what happens when.

Execution & acceptance
A project lead on site, acceptance report at the end.
Price
from €890 incl. 19 % VAT
for small premises within Hannover. Larger relocations are calculated after the survey – also as a phased model.
Frequently asked about Commercial move
Yes. We prefer to schedule commercial moves outside your business hours – Friday evening to Sunday is standard for us, without surcharge.
Medical devices, servers, refrigeration units and machines are recorded individually, padded, transported in the correct orientation and only moved by trained colleagues.
Of course. You receive a proper invoice with VAT shown; on request with cost centres or purchase order number.
