Office move
Friday evening we empty the old office, Monday morning every colleague sits at the right desk – with the right monitor and the right binder.
The difference between a good and a bad office move shows on the first working day after. Does everyone find their place, their equipment and their documents? Or is half the team hunting for cables and folders?
Our labelling system solves this: every workstation gets a number that reappears on boxes, furniture, floor plan and destination office. Staff pack their own desk into boxes we provide – we take care of everything else.
What is included
Floor plan & labelling system
Numbered workstations, coloured labels per floor, destination plan on every door.
Boxes & packing material provided
Office boxes, file trolleys, monitor boxes and bubble wrap – delivered days ahead.
IT handling
Monitors, computers, printers and servers are packed individually, anti-static secured and set up first.
Furniture assembly
Desks, pedestals, cabinet walls and conference tables – taken apart and rebuilt.
Archive & files
Packed shelf by shelf in order and re-shelved in the same order. Data-protection compliant.
Old furniture disposal
What does not move we dispose of or donate – with a disposal certificate on request.

Floor plan, time windows, communication to the team, packing guide for staff.

We deliver boxes and labels, your team packs their own desks – or we do it all.

Move & set-up
Disassembly, transport, set-up to plan, IT first. Acceptance with you at the end.
Price
from €690 incl. 19 % VAT
for small offices up to 5 workstations within Hannover. Guide for larger offices: from approx. €120–180 per workstation incl. assembly.
Frequently asked about Office move
You receive a one-page packing guide and labels per workstation. Experience shows 30–45 minutes per person on the last working day is enough.
We place devices at the right desk and connect standard cabling. Network configuration stays with your IT – we are happy to coordinate with them directly.
Files stay in sealed boxes or file trolleys, are not repacked and go straight to the destination archive. On request we sign a confidentiality agreement.
