End-of-tenancy cleaning
The furniture is out, the energy is gone – and tomorrow is the handover. We clean what the lease requires: broom-clean or thorough down to the window sill.
"Broom-clean" is what the law requires: swept, coarse dirt removed, nails out. Many leases and almost all landlords expect more – and a clean flat is the easiest way to get the deposit back in full.
We clean right after move-out, often the same day, with our own material. You choose between the broom-clean basis and the thorough final cleaning including kitchen, bathroom, windows and floors. On request also the move-in cleaning of the new flat.

Broom-clean handover
Sweep, vacuum, remove coarse dirt, dowels and nails out.
Thorough final cleaning
Mop floors, kitchen inside/out, descale bathroom, radiators, doors, window sills, sockets.
Window cleaning
Inside and out including frames and rebates – on request.
Cellar, attic, balcony
Ancillary rooms included.
Own material
Cleaning agents, machines, ladders – we bring everything.
Handover-ready
We know what landlords and managers look at during acceptance.

for the broom-clean handover of a small flat. Thorough final cleaning: approx. €4–6 per m² of living space; windows by number.
